| 제목 | Effect of ZnS coating on the photovoltaic properties of CdS quantum dot-sensitized solar cells |
| 초록 | Surface defect states exist at the interface of the quantum dot (QD) and TiO2. One promising way to reduce the recombination rate through the surface traps is to passivate the surface by coating the ZnS thin layer. In situ growth of the CdS QDs on the TiO2 followed by the deposition of the ZnS passivation layer was synthesized by the repeated chemical bath deposition (CBD) process. The effects of ZnS thin layer on CdS quantum dot-sensitized TiO2 will be presented. |
