제목 Synthesis, Characterization of Thermally Stable PSA Using Modified Siloxane By Sol-Gel Method
초록 Modified siloxane can be used as medicals to electrical & electronic Materials. The research used 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) with silanol from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) which is substituted at hydroxyl group by using sol-gel synthesis for improving the thermally stable materials. We made the basic PSA to use 2-ethylhexylacrylate (2-EHA), butyl acrylate (BA), acrylic acid (AA) by solvent synthesis through the research, checking the normal characteristics and thermal resistence changes. And we also have traced the changes of characteristics by times (Aging test). We can check the changes like an adhesion, thermal stability or characteristics, chemical & physical properties through peel/ tack strength, FT-IR, ARES, DSC, TGA, SAFT, Aging test.
