제목 A Near-Infrared-Fluorescence-Quenched Gold-Nanoparticles Imaging Probe with Hypoxia-Sensitive Using Cascade-Release Dendrimers
초록 Dendrimers are well-defined and branched tree-like molecules with multiple end groups. The unique structure of dendrimers has motivated various research areas aimed at developing biological application, such as targeted drug, targeted imaging agent-delivery and other biomaterials. Cascade-release dendrimers, which were equipped with a focal trigger as sensitive moiety and several end groups, were developed recently and applied for drug delivery system. These cascade-release dendrimers show domino-like end group release by activation of the focal trigger. In this study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) based hypoxia-sensitive near infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging probe were developed. Cascade-release dendrimers, equipped with nitro group as hypoxia-sensitive trigger and chromophores as end groups, were introduced on the surface of AuNPs and the potential as a targeted imaging agent was demonstrated.
