제목 A Hypoxia-Sensitive probes Generating Fluorescence by Cascade- Release Dendrimers
초록 Dendrimers are well-announced for its repetitively branched molecules with multiple end groups. The main biological usage of dendrimers is targeted biomaterials by its unique structure. Currently, there are great biological attentions for application of dendrimers with modification of functional groups. Cascade-release dendrimers, which have specific stimuli triggers such as hypoxia condition, pH and enzymes, have been studied for drug delivery system. And by stimulus to end group trigger in dendrimer structure, this dendrimer would degrade like domino with cascade-release of drug. Herein, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) which has quenching property of fluorescence based hypoxia-sensitive near infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging probe were synthesized. Cascade-release dendrimers, functionalized with nitro group as hypoxia-sensitive trigger and fluorescence dye as end groups, were introduced on the surface of AuNPs and targeted imaging to hypoxia condition was confirmed.
