제목 Photo and thermal sensitive nanofiber
초록 Photo and thermal sensitive polymer was composed of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, acrylic coumarin and ethyl methacrylate (HEA-AC-EMA). When the contents of AC and EMA both were 2%, the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) is around 35 oC. With the contents of AC together with EMA increasing, the LCST decreased effectively. After dissolving the polymer in methanol nanofiber was formed by electronic spinning. It was easier to prepare fiber by increasing the concentration of polymer solution until 70% which was already high enough. But the fiber cannot be formed when the concentration is lower than 40%. Since the coumarin is light-sensitive, the fiber will cross-link after UV treated. As excepted, after heating the cross-linked fiber in distilled water, the drug inside the fiber will release out.
