Development of Thermally Conductive Polymer Composites |
초록 |
Thermally conductive polymer composites replace metal parts, thanks to the polymer advantages such as easy processing, corrosion resistance and light weight etc. Filler and orientation of the polymer composites affect their thermal conductivity. Especially 2-D materials is strongly affected shearing force. Boron Nitride and multilayer graphene have garnered tremendous attention due to the good thermal properties. The graphene and multilayer graphene as fillers and orientation controls using mold are investigated. |
