제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Tuning Side Chain Random Copolymer for Bulk-heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted attentions from industry and academic community for tomorrow’s photovoltaic’s, because of their advantages of easy fabrication, low cost, light-weightiness, and flexibility. Benzodithiophene(BDT) unit is attractive due to its compact planar structure that could be beneficial to the electron delocalization and improve mobility into various conjugated polymers. Introducing electron withdrawing group diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP) unit is to incorporate chromospheres highly absorbing in visible and near-infrared regions. Thiophene spacer was introduced in polymer side chain for increasing charge transporting property and π-conjugation length. In this study, we synthesized BDT-DPP random copolymer and investigated their PSCs property.
