제목 | The improvement ofThree-Way Catalyst on emission gas treatmentfor a motorcycle |
초록 | Three-way catalyst (TWC) has been commonlyused for the simultaneous removal of air pollutants by oxidizing carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HCs) and reducing nitrogenoxides (NOx) emitted from gasoline engines. Nevertheless, catalyst manufactures study for continual improvement and further reduction of system costs remains as a key target. This study was performed to develop for Three Way Catalyst coated on honeycomb filter for motorcycle. The new catalysts were prepared with Pt and promoters. The performance of new catalyst was analyzed and evaluated with bench test and the effect of promoter loading on conversion and LOT (Light off Temperature) was studied . According to loading promoters, the TWC performance was changed. |
