제목 Highly efficient organic photovoltaic cells on transparent conducting plastic substrates
초록 In this talk, highly efficient organic photovoltaic cells are demonstrated on high-performance flexible substrates. Ag nanowires (AgNW) were embedded on the surface of glass-fabric reinforced transparent composite film (GFRHybrimer) to form a flexible transparent conducting substrate with high optical transmittance, superior thermal stability and mechanical flexibility. Highly efficient and flexible inverted organic photovoltaic (OPV) device with power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 5.90% under AM1.5 illumination was fabricated on the AgNW-GFRHybrimer.
