초록 |
Photoelectric devices convert the light energy to the electric power or vice versa, which include solar cells, LEDs, photosensors and so on. Transparent semiconductor materials hold a significant role to realize the transparent electronics. Due to the high energy bandgap, most metal oxide semiconductors are visible-blind and actively absorb UV wavelength lights. We may utilize this intrinsic merits of transparent metal oxide materials in the forms of functional photoelectric applications. |
