제목 반도체 산화물 기반의 투명 광전소자
초록 Photoelectric devices convert the light energy to the electric power or vice versa, which include solar cells, LEDs, photosensors and so on.  Transparent semiconductor materials hold a significant role to realize the transparent electronics. Due to the high energy bandgap, most metal oxide semiconductors are visible-blind and actively absorb UV wavelength lights. We may utilize this intrinsic merits of transparent metal oxide materials in the forms of functional photoelectric applications.
