초록 | Tungsten trioxide, to be used as precursors for the preparation of tungsten nitride catalysts,was prepared by sol-gel method of which the preparation conditions were asfollows: the solvent(methanol and water) ratio of 1:1, temperature of 80℃,the ranges ofR between 15 and 30 and calcining temperature of 500℃.The surface areas of tungstentrioxides prepared by sol-gel method(especially for the case of R, 25) was larger thanthat of tungsten trioxide.Tungsten nitride catalysts were prepared with NH3 flow rate of100 ㎖/min, heating rate of 1℃/min and final preparation temperature of 670-700℃ byTPR method.The composition of prepared nitride catalysts were foundto be mostly β-W2N as was shown by XRD analysis. |
