제목 | Low Dimensional Perovskites for the Application of Solar Cell Device |
초록 | We have prepared the two dimensional perovskite which was composed of the Sn and Pb iodide and alkylamine for the inorganic layers and organic layer, respectively. We chose the small molecules, to minimize the distance of organic layers for 2-dimensional (2D) perovskite. We prepared the butylamine and phenylamine tin (II) and lead (II) iodide or bromide perovskite to compare the optical and electrical property through the change of the band gap by the substitution of I with Br ions. When these materials were applied solar cells, the inorganic layer within the perovskite chain layers rather than the organic layer was significant effect on the solar cell efficiency. We believe that this approach will also enable further improvement in the performance of related perovskite materials.
