A new identification algorithm is proposed to identify all wanted frequency data sets including ultimate data from one relay feedback test by the proposed identification algorithm. The identified data sets are exact for time-invariant linear systems. Even though the initial state is not steady state or wrong reference values for relay on-off are specified, it provides exact data set corresponding to the frequency of relay. Also, it gives the exact data set corresponding to the frequency of relay in the present of a static disturbance. We discuss the effects of disturbances and recommend the use of biased-relay to identify low frequency region.
