제목 Fabrication of silver nanoparticles using TiO2/polymer nano-hybrid  ultrathin films
초록 Metal nanoparticles are known to have unique features, such as surface plasmon absorption, magnetic character, and high catalytic activity, due to their particle size. Recently, we have developed a novel method to prepare silver nanoparticles by photochemical reduction of the Ag+-incorporated poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI)/polyacrylic acid (PAA) alternate thin film and explored micropatterning using a patterned mask. In this study the silver nanoparticles were prepared by reduction of Ag+ ions incorporated in a TiO2/polymer nano-hybrid ultrathin films that were assembled with a polymer (PAA, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), or starch) and Ti(O-nBu)4 by the surface sol-gel process. The TiO2/polymer film growth and the silver nanoparticles formation were confirmed by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), AFM, XPS and UV-vis spectroscopy.
