제목 Synthesis and Properties of Ultra-hydrophilic Elastomer on Waterborne Polyurethane-ureas
초록 To accomplish ideal ultra-hydrophlic elastomer materials, the hydrophilic polyethylene glycol(PEG)/2,2-Bis(hydromethyl propionic acid)(DMPA)/ hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) based PUs were prepared. From the relationship between the composition and their properties, the optimized PEG/DMPA/PDMS based PU for ideal ultra-hydrophlic elastomer materials are developed. The effect of composition on the particle size, viscosity, water contact angle, surface energy, water absorbability, water vapor transmission rate(WVTR) and mechanical property of waterborne polyurethane dispersions or films was investigated.
