Nanoparticles for Drug Delivery Prepared from Copolypeptide |
초록 |
The stability and targeting efficiency of nanoparticles (NPs) are the two most important factors for their successful application to drug delivery and diagnostic imaging. Herein we describe the synthesis of copolypeptide containing 3,4-dihydroxy -phenyl amino acid (DOPA) and Aspartic acid by ring-opening polymerization of new uracil and -amino acid N-carboxyanhydride (NCA) monomers respectively. It is further demonstrated that the copolypeptide can Self-assembled into NPs with drug delivery capability. |
