제목 Variation in thermal properties of urethane acrylate coating cured with fluorene UV curing agent
초록 UV-curing technology is widely used in the fields of paints, coatings, adhesives, inks and composites because of the distinctive advantages over thermal curing, such as low energy consumption, low temperature operation, environmental friendliness, and high curing speed. Urethane acrylates(UA) are widely used as oligomers for UV coatings, and they provide excellent physical and mechanical properties, such as good adhesion to various substrates, high flexibility, and excellent impact strength. However, the poor thermal stability of UV-cured UA coating probably limit their engineering applications in some fields. It is thereby essential to enhance the thermal properties for various application. In this study, fluorene UV curing agents were synthesis to improve thermal properties and the variation in UA coating properties were studied.
