| 제목 | Stent Coating with TiO2 film by PECVD method for the Preparation of Dual-drug-eluting Stent |
| 초록 | TiO2 thin film was deposited onto bare metal stent surface by using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method in order to use drug-combining matrix for the preparation of drug-eluting stent. The deposited N-TiO2 film was, then, modified with water plasma to enhance hydroxyl groups (-OH) for effective drug grafting. The optimal modification time, RF discharge power and water vapor flow rate were investigated for the drug grafting. |
