제목 The Formation and Cellular Study of Virus-Combined Polymer Thin Films
초록 Cellular movement on surface that adapted by adhesion, proliferation, motility is still not fully understood. Recently, more studies of cell movement have been carried out many different fields. Polymeric surfaces would be suitable materials to study cellular motility because one can control various properties including physical morphology as well as chemical functionality. Polymer thin films through the layer-by-layer assembly have been used in effective surface coating. Here we present the study of polymer thin film that are hybridized with surface-engineered M13 bacteriophage in order to increase interactions between synthetic polymers and cells. Using weak polyelectrolytes for hybridization with M13, we could prepare the films with various characteristics. The films may used as new tissue culture materials and other responsive surface coatings.
