The effect of ZnO Nanostructure by electrodepositionin Inverted Hybrid Solar cell |

Zinc oxide has attracted tremendous attention due to potential applications. In our experiment, we are used Inverted Hybrid Solar Cell structure consisting Ag /PE-DOT:PSS/ P3HT:PCBM / ZnO Nanostructures / ITO substrate. ZnO Nanostructures (Zinc nanowire, Zinc film and Zinc nanowire on the film) were deposited on ITO substrate by electrochemical deposition method as an electron transport path way and hole block layer, respectively. Ag electrode was deposited using thermal evaporation. ZnO nanostructure has been analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Crystal structure was analyzed by XRD. Further interface analysis between silver and P3HT:PCBM, we used AES analysis. Zinc oxide nanowire show single crystal ntype structure. ZnO nanostructures can be use by charge collector and electron path-way. |
