초록 | In this study, methoxy poly ethylene glycol (mPEG) was conjugated to some known anti-wrinkle oligopepetide structures and then their solubility and physiological activity were investigated to develop new medicines and functional cosmetic materials. First, some known anti-wrinkle oligopepetide structures such as tripeptide (Gly–His-Lys: GHK), pentapeptide (Lys–Thr–Thr–Lys–Ser: KTTKS), tripeptide-6 (Gly-Pro-Hyp: GPHyp) and hexapeptide (Glu–Glu–Met–Gln–Arg–Arg: EEMQRR) derivatives were linked to the resin by the solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). The longer chain of the amino acid sequence gave the lower yield. |
