제목 Cu based inorganic thin film solar cells with earth abundant materials; Cu2ZnSnS4, Cu2SnS3
초록 Copper based inorganic thin film solars with earth abundant materials such as Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 and Cu2Sn(S,Se)3 are very promising materials to replace Cu((In,Ga)(S,Se)2 based thin film solar cells (TFSCs) owing to their sutable optical properties. Because these materiasl take tremendous attention for next generation alternative TFSCs, noticeable research results have been reported in succession. However, several issues which restrict in achieving high efficiency are still unexplored. Recent research trends and issues to be solved in CZTS and CTS thin films solar cells will  be addressed in this presentation. In addition, our results based on sputtering CZTS and CIGS TFSCs will be introduced.
