제목 Introduction to direct electrocaloric effect measurement using a heat-flux sensor
초록 In this talk, I will briefly introduce a set-up for the direct measurement of electrocaloric effect using a heat flux sensor. Due to a small electrocaloric effect, it is rather difficult to directly measure the temperature upon entropy change. Based on the measurements of heat change upon electric field and heat capacity of a given material, we can directly measure the temperature change. The system can operate in wide temperature ranges of 2 ~ 400 K and magnetic field range of –9 ~ 9 T.
