제목 | Alchemist project “Development of silicon based super solar cells” |
초록 | Industrial crystalline silicon (c-Si) solar cells with using a screen printing technology share the global market over 95% and they will continue to be the same for at least the next decade. Recently, industrial c-Si solar cells have been developed to realize high efficiency, and consequently interested in n-type wafer based Si cell technology, Tunnel Oxide Passicated Contact(TOPCon), Hetero-junction with Intrinsic Thin Layer (HIT) and Perovskite/Si tandem solar cells[1]. In particular, development of untra-high-efficiency(35%) Perovskite/Si tandem solar cells is underway as a national alchemist project to solve industral difficulties. In this presentation, development of a new silicon bottom cell with TOPCon structure in Tandem solar cells are summarized, and the current status of materials and process equipment development of TOPCon cells is introduced. Finally, the present efficiency of Perovskite/Si (TOPCon) tandem solar cells is reported. [1] H.S.Lee. Advance Materials 32 (2020). |
