제목 Synthesis and Biological evaluation of the New Piperidine derivatives for Alzheimer’s disease
초록 This study aims at the evaluation and development of piperidine derivatives recently synthesized as an AD therapeutic agent. AChE inhibition assay was performed by modified Ellman's method, and fluorescence assay was conducted with 5 μM of ThT, and incubation condition for Aβ fibrillization was 37℃, pH 7.4, and 26 hours time scale with 5 M of A-beta. Our results show that piperidine derivatives which were synthesized as AChE inhibitor had inhibition effect to beta amyloid aggregation. Compound 12 showed best activity in vitro. In vivo biological test, compound 12 increased learning and memory activities of Alzheimer's disease animal model.
