Reduced graphene oxide/TiO2 multilayer hybrid films |
초록 |
Wrinkle-free reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/TiO2 hybrid multilayer films were directly fabricated with rGO solution stabilized by TiO2 precursor sol through air-spraying in large area without further reduction process. In-situ insertion of the TiO2 dielectric layer between rGO sheets resulted in drastic increase of the conductivities and carrier mobility in spite of the insulating property of amorphous TiO2. Hole doping and charge screening effects lead to the decrease of thermal carrier activation energy and the increase of the density of state at Fermi level based on variable-range hopping model. Moreover, ambipolar transport property was changed into unipolar-like hole transport characteristics by in-situ insertion of the TiO2 layer. |
