Synthesis and Characterization of Thermosensitive Triblock Copolymer Composed of Poly(Ethylene glycol), Poly lacitde, and Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) for Drug eluting stent |
초록 |
Novel thermosensitive triblock copolymer of poly(ethylene glycol-bl-lactide-bl-N-isopropylacrylamide) were synthesized and characterized for a biodegradable coating material of drug eluting stent that could be used to release drugs on intravascular stent to prevent in-stent restenosis. The triblock copolymer was prepared by two step polymerization; ring opening polymerization of L-lactide in the presence of methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) and quasi-living radical polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide, progressively. The structure of the copolymer was analyzed by FT-IR, ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Surface energy of the copolymer and adhesion of serum albumin were comparatively analyzed to estimate protein adhesion on their surface. Sol-gel transition behavior and release of antiproliferative were investigated. |
