제목 | The Coal Gasification Using a 915 MHz Microwave Pure Steam Plasma |
초록 | A pure steam plasma torch generated by microwaves has gained significant attention recently as it can serve as a heat source for environmental clean-up activities and may be applicable to the production of renewable types of energy. In this study, introduced the 915 MHz microwave plasma torch for scale-up of steam plasma coal gasification system using 2.45 GHz microwave system which is a previous study, we generated the 75 kW microwave steam plasma. Based on this, it designed and fabricated swirl type gasifier for coal gasification. Coal gasification experiments were carried out 915 MHz steam plasma. As a result, we have achieved 31% of carbon monoxide, 33% of hydrogen, 61.9% of cold gas efficiency, and carbon conversion value is 90.5 %. |
