Effect of UV Curable Oligomers on Adhesion Strength and Their Hardness for Acylate Coated PET film |

Polyethyleneterephathalate (PET) film is widely used in various industrial fields such as mobile phone, display pannel, notebook etc. Recently PET film attached on indium tin oxide (ITO) surface has a role of high pencil hardness, high refractive index etc. So we synthesized three types of oligomers which are epoxy modifed acrylate and urethane and unmodified acrylate type using wasted phloroglucinol, derived from trinitrotoluene. We measured adhesion strength of three types of oligomers coated on PET films. Futhermore, to compare their other properties of three types oligomers, we observed refractive index, optical transmittance, and pencil hardness. |
