제목 | Near–infrared fluorescent sensor for imaging hydrogen sulfide in living cells and in vivo |
초록 | Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), a well known pungent gas, is generated endogenously in mammalian tissues from the amino acids cysteine and homocysteine by three enzymes including cystathionine-b-lyase(CSE), cystathionine-g-synthetase(CBS) and 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase(3-MST). Nowadays, H2S has been considered as a crucial signal molecule in nervous system, cardiovascular system, and inflammatory system. Near-Infrared (NIR) fluorescent sensors have emerged as promising molecular tools for imaging biomolecules in living systems. Herein, employing the approach established above based on the optical property studies of the new type of NIR fluorescent dyes, we present L as an innovative NIR fluorescent sensors for H2S. The key features of L include absorption and emission in the NIR region, a very large fluorescence turn-on response, high selectivity for H2S, and suitability for imaging H2S in living cells. |
