제목 집진필터에 포집된 활성탄에 의한 배가스 내 가스상 수은 제거효과
초록 The effect of activated carbon particles collected on the filter surface on the removal of gaseous mercury by adsorption was evaluated experimentally. The experiments showed that the concentration of mercury in a particulate collector with fabric filters was reduced mainly by the activated carbon particles distributed inside the collector chamber rather than by those collected on the filter surface.
The efficiency of the activated carbon particles collected on the filter surface in removing mercury was 6.7%, 8.9%, and 10.4% of the total mercury removal efficiency when the filter cleaning onset pressure drop was set to 980.7 Pa, 1471.1 Pa, and 1961.4 Pa, respectively, at 7000 in C/Hg ratio and 2.0 m/min in filtration velocity. When the filter cleaning onset pressure drop was set to 980.7 Pa and the C/Hg ratio was set at 7000, the mercury removal efficiency was 9.5% of the total at 1.1 m/min filtration velocity, and 2.2% at 3.3 m/min.
