Graphene-based Photo or Bio Sensors |
초록 |
Graphene has many good properties and these make graphene taked countless attentions. Besides its electric or thermal conductivity, graphene also has aromatic honeycomb structure which is made of sp2 hybridized carbons and it enables the π-π interaction with other aromatic containing molecules or other graphene sheets, unnecessary stacking. In our experiment, we obatained graphene sensors using anthracene or pyrene based molecules, anthracene-succinylester, pyrene-succinylester, were used to π-π interact with graphene sheet. First, they changed by SP or merocyanine form by irradiating UV or visible light, we use this properties to photo sensors. Second, it also available to attaching bio molecules to ester to amide substitution, it applied to bio sensors. these experiments are analyzed by UV-vis spectroscpoy, FT-IR-ATR, digital multimeter(DMM), contact angle(CA). |
