Interactive scheduling means relation of the process,scheduler and customer. Given process condition information and customer information,it decides the production schedule and operating time. Our main interest is to generate the feasible production schedule to make fully utilization of the process condition and to make greatest profits with that process by selecting the order. That needs the priority of production sequence should be given if some products have similar conflicting due dates. And if process condition of certain due date is not available, and if we can not possibly reorganize the sequence, it would be better not to produce that product based on some criterion which we decided as decision indexes.We developed our model considering maintenance with degree of repair and applied to zero wait policy of multiproduct batch process with simple heuristic relation.
