제목 Synthesis method and property evaluation of α-Al2O3 through various methods.
초록 Al2O3 exists in various phases and may change its phase depending on temperature. In general, it is present in the form of γ, δ, θ, α, and the γ type is mainly used in various ways as a support for chemical catalysts. However, the α form formed at a high temperature is less catalytically active than γ, and the material properties are increased. The α form is known as a material having excellent heat absorption ability and excellent heat transfer and release. However, since the α form is formed at a high temperature, there is a disadvantage of high production cost. Therefore, in this study, various synthesis methods with precursors were tried to synthesize α alumina formed at a low temperature, and α-Al2O3 produced at 1100°C was obtained. The α-Al2O3 thus formed showed excellent performance as an endothermic material.
