| 제목 | The alteration of hardened, adhesive strength conform with mixing content for IT epoxy adhesive |
| 초록 | LED has been used in various fields because of its advantages with high efficiency, long-lived and high-speed response compared with existing light surce. We use IT epoxy adhesive for attach LED lenses on board and their response characteristic varies with hardener kind, multiple construct because of their particular curing characteristic. In this research, we adjust hardener and catalyst mixing content and make a IT epoxy adhesive. We did a comparison test with geltime, curing characteristic, adhesive strength using producted adhesive. |
