제목 Effect of liquid rubber and coupling agent on electrical conductivity, EMI shielding characteristics and adhesive strength of epoxy composite filled with multi walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) and Ag flake
초록 The aim of this study was to investigate the electrical and mechanical properties of reactive liquid rubber modified epoxy composite. The ultimate aim of the study was to modify the brittle epoxy matrix by liquid rubber to improve the toughness characteristics. Small amount of CTBN(carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile) improve the adhesive strength with EMC substrate by pre-reaction with epoxy resin. Amine type coupling agent enhance the conductivity and adhesion of conductive epoxy composite paste. Change of composite morphology as a function of CTBN content also evaluated.
