제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Y2O3 particles by glycothermal process
초록 Hexagonal Y2O3 particles was prepared under glycothermal condition by precipitation from metal nitrates with ammonium hydroxide (or potassium hydroxide). The Y2O2 particles were obtained at 230~250℃. The average particle size of synthesized powders was about 1um and the various phases of synthesized particles can be controlled by manipulating the temperature. The effects of synthesis parameters, such as the concentration of starting solution, pH of starting solution, reaction temperature and time, are discussed.
