제목 | Fabrication of MERS-Nanovesicle biosensor measured by EC/SERS |
초록 | The Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) is one of the most harmful viruses for humans. The MERS-nanovesicle biosensor consisting of multifunctional DNA aptamer was measured by electrochemical and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy methods. The proposed study can be applied broadly to MERS-CoV detection techniques.
