제목 Synthesis of ZnTe quantum dot by using organometallic reagents method and their optical properties
초록 Quantum dots has been useful material in variuous fields. In order to obtain blue emission ZnTe quantum dot, we synthesized using organometallic reagents methodologies and single injection hydrothermal method. In this case, the tellurium and zinc are reduced by using reagents. This approach can be easily extended to a large-scale colloidal synthesis as this procedure is quicker, most efficient and low cost. As a result of XRD data, it can be seen that ZnTe was successfully synthesized. Also, the optical properties of syntheszied ZnTe were confirmed by injection temperature. By looking at the optical data results, it proved that as the injection temperature increase, the intensity of the PL decrease. In th UV data, the blue shift was observed as the temperature decreased corresponding to the PL result.
