제목 CO2 methanation by CaTiO3/Ni/Pt catalyst on the photo-thermal system
초록 The problem of greenhouse gases has been growing worldwide since the 20th century, and each country is making efforts to solve them. Korea also aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 37% until 2030, and researches are underway. Methane production through carbon dioxide conversion can be useful both industrially and environmentally, but it is difficult to use commercially because it requires a lot of heat. Therefore, in this study, CO2 conversion reaction performed by using photo-thermal system using both solar and thermal energy. The CaTiO3 catalyst used as the basic catalyst adopted because of its excellent CO2 absorption capacity. It also observed that Ni and Pt favorable for thermal conversion were doped in CaTiO3 to improve light heat effect. The CO2 conversion efficiency of the catalyst were compared at 40 ~ 240 ℃.
