The applications of organic/inorganic nanohybrids for simultaneous cancer diagnosis and treatment |
| 초록 |
The high-resolution molecular and cellular magnetic resonance(MR) imaging has been utilized by the development of mono-dispersed and ultra-sensitive magnetic nanoparticles which can make a stepping-stone of diagnosis of cancer. In particular, a hybridization of organic/inorganic nanocomposites holds for various applications in cancer diagnosis and treatment. One example is that the combination of biocompatible polymers suitable for targeted drug delivery and the magnetic nanocrystals exhibit highly efficient diagnostic and therapeutic capability in oncology. This study can also be applied for the cancer photothermal therapy induced by surface Plasmon resonance(SPR). |
