Effect of carboxylic acid groups inpolyimide on dielectric properties |
초록 |
Dielectric materials with a high dielectric constant are widely required for applications such as memory and gate dielectrics for integrated circuits, and miniature capacitors. Recently, flexible embedded-capacitors are important emerging elements that can provide significant improvement in the performance and functionality of plastic-based electronic devices. In this study introduced carboxylic acid groups in polyimide for high K matrix and BT (BaTiO3) particle was used as ceramic filler. 6-FDA (4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride) was used for dianhydride and DBA (3,5-diaminobenzoic acid)/1,3-PDA (m-phenylenediamine) were used for with/without carboxylic acid containing diamine for polyimides. The structural analysis of polymeric materials was studied using IR-spectroscopy and 1H-NMR. And dielectric properties (dielectric constant and dielectric loss) were studied on pressed-samples using impedance analyzer. |
