Electromechanical properties of High-K Nano Composite film with a Flexible Electrode |
초록 |
This experiments investigates the use of elastomeric dielectric materials with flexible electrodes as a means of actuation. When a voltage is applied to the electrodes, the elastomeric films expand in area and compresses in thickness. In this presentation, Poly(styrene-b-ethylbuthylene-b-styrene) (SEBS) triblock copolymer filled with various fillers such as CuPc, CNT was studied. ㅁnd researched effect flexible electrode and nano fillers gives to the increasement of strain. It showed that electromechanical strain responses of composite are significantly affected by concentration, type of fillers and flexibility of electrode. |
