제목 ​Bacteria targeted photodynamic therapy through saccharide photosensitizer conjugate
초록 Helicobacter pylori secretes toxic factors and known to be a major cause ofintestinal diseases. In general, antibiotic-based antibacterial treatment isthe problem that lowers the success rate of treatment by inducing antibioticresistance of H.pylori. Photodynamic therapy is a treatment that caninduce death by a mechanism different from antibiotic resistance. In addition,it has high selectivity compared to normal cells and can effectively treatbacteria.
 In this study, Photosensitizer was conjugatedto poly amino acid-saccharide (PAS) that can target the protein present in theouter membrane of H.pylori. Conjugation of the PAS was confirmed using 1H-NMRand dynamic laser scattering. In vitro test, MTT assay and confocal laserscanning microscopy (CLSM), the targeting effect and the selectivesterilization effect of H.pylori were confirmed. Through an in vivotest, it was confirmed that the killing effect of PAS in the stomach wassimilar to that of the existing triple drug therapy.
