A Vascularized Organoid Assembled with endothelial cells under Microgravity |
초록 |
In this study, we develop a vascularized organoid model to examine endothelial tube formation under microgravity. This model was assembled with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) on engineered extracellular matrixes varying of elastic modulus. The cells are monitored by real-time imaging system and simulated in the microgravity environment using a microgravity simulation apparatus. The results of this study will be highly useful in designing various vascularized models to recapitulate and further manipulate the tissue of interest in space environments |
