제목 Preparation of transparent cellulose film with cellulose nanowhisker
초록 Cellulose is an eco-friendly material and one of the abundant resources on the Earth. It's a natural substance which has great potential to replace petroleum-based plastics. As the concern on the environment is increasing, cellulose is the most desirable material for the natural environment. This study was aimed at preparing a transparent film with cellulose nanowhisker. This film can be applied to many devices. Embedding metallic materials in the film can give the film electrical property, thus increase its possibilities of application. To prepare cellulose nanowhisker, two methods, TEMPO and sulfuric acid, were introduced for oxidation, and alpha cellulose and micro crystalline cellulose were used as raw materials. The phase morphology of prepared celluose nanowhisker was investigated by Field Emission Scanning Electronic Microscopy (FE-SEM).
