제목 | Reduced Internal Resistance of Organic Solar Cells by Enhancing Electron Transport Properties |
초록 | Organic solar cells (OSCs) have the advantages of light weight, flexibility and large area fabrication. But, OSCs have disadvantages such as low power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the fabricated OSCs. To improve performance, electron transport properties is important role in OSCs, which have high electron mobility. In recent years, electron mobility of the OSCs is improved by interfacial engineering. In this study, OSCs fabricated with enhanced electron transport properties. One of the critical factors in determining the electron mobility is interfacial engineering of devices. They decreased electrochemical impedance with reducing internal resistance at the interface between actives layer. Thus, the electron mobility is improved due to reduce the interfacial resistance of actives layer. Consequently, modified active layers is capable of enhancing the performance of OSCs leading to control the interfacial resistance. |
