제목 Synthesis and Photoelectronic Properties of Porphyrin Derivatives with Electron Donor-Acceptor Group at Meso-position Aimed for Bulk Heterojunction Organic Solar Cells
초록 A series of porphyrin derivatives with the electron-donating or accepting groups at meso-position were designed and synthesized for the effective mediation of photoelectron transfer in bulk heterojunction organic solar cells. Using MacDonald-type [2+2] condensation of the dipyrolomethane and corresponding aldehyde, AB2C-type symmetric porphyrins were prepared and their photoelectronic properties were studied based on UV-Vis and luminescence spectra and CV data. The absorptions of those were observed at near 420 nm with Q-band peaks(510-650 nm) in chloroform. Two emissions were observed at 650, 710 nm. The band gap of porphyrins was calculated as 1.8eV.
