| 제목 | Stereodivergent approach to syn and anti isomers of γ-amino-β-hydroxy acids: (3S,4S)- and (3R,4S)-AHPPA derivatives |
| 초록 | A stereodivergent approach, controlled by N-hydroxymethyl group via intramolecular conjugate addition and intramolecular epoxidation reaction, has been developed to obtain (3S,4S)-AHPPA and (3R,4S)-AHPPA derivatives stereoselectively. Selectivity of the intramolecular conjugate addition was more than 10 to 1 and that of intramolecular epoxidation was more than 20 to 1. |
