제목 Improvement of electrical conductivity and electromagneic shielding characteristics of epoxy composite filled with multi walled carbon nanotube(MWNTs) and Ag flake
초록 The electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of epoxy composites filled with the MWNTs and silver powder was evaluated. MWNTs were chemically modified by H2SO4 / HNO3 solution for purifying and dispersion in polymer matrix. MWNTs has high aspect ratio and very low percolation threshold but cannot satisfy the requirements for materials providing shielding against electromagnetic waves. Conductive polymer composites are fabricated by the hybridization of surface modified MWNTs with Ag flake. Small amount of MWNTs enhances the conductivity and EMI SE of MWNTs/Ag/epoxy composites, by bridging the gap between the Ag particles. MWNTs/Ag/epoxy paste composites are coated on PET film using pressure spray gun. Effect of filler content, additives and coating thickness were investigated.
